Seafood for the Fingers

Ummmm…crab and shrimp. Two of my very favorites. They make great finger food too. Here’s a quick and easy Crab Stuffed Shrimp recipe for you to try.
Crab Stuffed Shrimp
Ingredients:
16 jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and butterflied flat
Filling:
1/4 cup cracker crumbs finely crushed (club or saltines)
3 T mayonnaise
1 T chopped fresh parsley
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t Old Bay seasoning
1 t fresh lemon juice
8 oz crab meat
Preparation:
Mix the filling ingredients together in a small bowl and mold into the shrimp. Broil for 5 - 7 minutes. Enjoy!
